Easy Healthy Meals

I've been trying to come up with some easy healthy things to eat for breakfast, lunch, and dinner with fresh fruits and veggies and whole grains. Here are some things lately:

Cream of wheat with fresh strawberries and a banana

Whole wheat bagels with pizza sauce, cheese, and diced tomatoes

French toastwith vanilla yogurt, blueberries and a banana

Veggie burger on whole wheat toast with olive oil mayo, ketchup, cheese, and fresh spinach, with couscous and veggies

Hot "ham" and cheese grilled on a George Foreman

Sushi- brown rice, nori (seaweed), avocado, and cucumber, on our new bamboo dish!

Bentos for lunches at school- yogurt with wheat germ, applesauce with wheat germ, grapes, carrots, hardboiled eggs (with sea salt in the little pig), apple, juice, water, and sandwiches- spinach, olive oil mayo, cheese, "turkey", and whole wheat bagel, multigrain crackers for a snack
Grape Nuts with blueberries, bananas, and strawberries and milk

Vanilla yogurt with bananas, strawberries, and blueberries
